Pursuit S 428

Model Overview

Pursuit S 428

2026 Pursuit S 428 - The Flagship Model of Pursuit's Sport Series

The 2026 Pursuit S 428 is the flagship of the S Series, combining the open layout of a center console with the size, amenities, and accommodations of a much larger yacht. At 43'9", the S 428 gives you room to fish, entertain, cruise, and spend extended time on the water without having to choose between them. Finished in Flag Blue with an Arctic White and Quartz Gray bootstripe , this particular S 428 has an equally impressive equipment package, including quad Yamaha 450 XTO engines, open-array radar, FLIR night vision, upgraded upholstery, cockpit air conditioning, and an oversized hardtop.

Performance & Capability

Powered by quad Yamaha 450 XTO engines producing 1,800 horsepower combined , the S 428 delivers the kind of power expected from Pursuit’s flagship Sport Boat. Its substantial size and offshore-focused hull give it the capability to cover serious distance while maintaining a confident, composed ride.  At the helm, the S 428 is equipped for both daytime and nighttime operation. The Garmin GMR Fantom 54 open-array radar provides long-range situational awareness, while the FLIR M332 night-vision system with image stabilization adds another layer of visibility when the sun goes down.

Why This Boat Stands Out

The S 428 is designed for boaters who want their center console to do considerably more. The second row of powered convertible seats beneath the oversized hardtop gives the boat an unusual amount of passenger space, while the forward lounge and aft-facing seating create distinct areas for relaxing and entertaining.  When the focus shifts to fishing, the boat is equally well prepared, with three fish boxes, extensive rod storage, tackle storage, bait-prep space, and a generous open cockpit. When the day calls for something more leisurely, the beach platform, entertainment center, multiple seating areas, and climate-controlled cockpit make it easy to settle in and stay awhile.
